We can now deliver essentials during lock down
Here are the answers to some questions you may have about what it means for us to be delivering at this time.
How can you deliver during lockdown?
We are able to meet the Government lock down requirements for the delivery of essentials. As we are a small business we only need one person to take and prepare orders for courier pick up from home in lock down. Gloves are worn for the preparation of orders and social distancing rules followed for pick up by courier. The courier will deliver directly to your house following the same social distancing rules.
Will it take longer for delivery at the moment?
We don't have any indication that delivery will take longer at this time although many things are different right now, so it is a possibility. However, if we receive any information about an expected delay with your order we will pass this information on to you straight away.
Why are these goods considered essential?
For those people living with allergies, sensitive skin, autoimmune diseases and otherwise comprised immune systems, low-toxicity products can be an essential part of maintaining general health and a strong immune system. It's important to keep this balance intact, especially at times like this where stress levels may be higher than usual.
When will you be selling make up and other non-essentials again?
As soon as the government indicates and end to the restriction on selling essential items only, we will add our other products back to the website for you to order.
If an essential item isn't in stock now, will it be restocked shortly?
This depends on the supplier, some small NZ businesses are no longer able to continue operating as they can't meet the guidelines for operating in lock down. However some, like us, are able to operate with one person in lock down and are able to continue to supply us. We have products ordered and on the way shortly.
