Ethical Collection Delivery

At Ethical Collection we want to make clean, natural beauty accessible to everyone. Our delivery policy at Ethical Collection is that our kits are delivered throughout New Zealand, free of charge.

Free NZ Delivery for orders over $65

When you spend over $65 we will deliver within New Zealand for free. Please note that deliveries to the Outer Islands (Chatham, Kawau, Waiheke etc) may incur some delivery costs. Deliveries to Australia will incur a shipping fee which is calculated at the checkout.

Delivery Time

We aim to process all orders within 2 working days of receiving them (please allow for up to 4 working days over the busy holiday periods).

Cancelling your order

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by email at
info@ethicalcollection.co.nz as soon as possible. If you cancel before your order is dispatched you will receive a full refund.
If your items have already been sent then your order can no longer be cancelled.
Please follow the returns process once your order arrives and please note that we
are not able to refund your delivery fee.

Delivery Method

You can track your parcel using the tracking number supplied to you when you order with us.

International Shipping

Currently we only deliver to addresses within New Zealand and Australia.

Multi Delivery Addresses Per Order

We do not offer the service to ship to multiple addresses at present. Please create a separate order for each delivery address.

That is why the Ethical Collection’s returns policy goes above and beyond the expectations of the two relevant statutory laws, The Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act. These laws provide the basis for our returns policy but we also offer you further protection as a valued customer of Ethical Collection.
